On behalf of the iCAREPLAST Organizing Committee, the PLASTICE partner URBASER is honoured to invite you to participate at the Workshop “Plastic Recycling Strategies, Current status and perspectives – iCAREPLAST Project”. The event is scheduled for 19th January 2023, from 10:00-14:00, at the Alfonso Maíllo Innovation Centre, located in the López Soriano Technology Park, Zaragoza.
The workshop is a morning event being curated by CSIC and Urbaser. The goal of the event is to present and discuss different topics related to the plastics industry and recycling processes, focusing on the following aspects:
- Current situation of the plastic recycling market and perspectives within the framework of the circular economy.
- Emerging projects associated with the mechanical and chemical processes of recycling. Current issues and challenges.
- Current regulatory framework, with respect to Spain and the European Union. Advances associated with the regulatory framework: recycling, emissions, circular economy, participation of official bodies
